Foreseer

We switched from a previous IT provider to UniversalMac in 2014 and the change was immediate! They came to visit and did a discovery before taking over as our new IT service provider. They followed the approved IT plan they proposed and rebuilt our server, network, wireless and all our workstations one step at a time to stabilize our infrastructure and ensure we had good backups.

They worked hard to cause minimal downtime. They were also critical when they helped us move to a new office. They sent consultants to visit and coordinate with the electricians and wiring contractor. We didn't have to worry about the IT part of the move because they took care of it. The support team is very responsive to any request and always helpful. I like that they are both professional and kind.
